Makna collects your email address and name when you create an account. We also store the brand names and keywords you configure for monitoring. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use your data to provide the Makna service: monitoring Reddit for mentions of your configured brands and keywords, analyzing sentiment, and delivering insights through the dashboard and email digests.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional emails. Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.
Your monitoring data is retained for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
